Supervisor - Fabrication Works

Role Summary:
A Supervisor for fabrication works oversees and manages the fabrication process of metal structures, components, or assemblies in manufacturing or construction settings. They ensure that fabrication activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fabrication operations including cutting, welding, assembling, and finishing metal parts.
• Ensure fabrication work complies with engineering drawings, standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor and manage fabrication workers and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce workplace safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
• Track progress and report on production schedules and targets.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure corrective actions.
• Manage resources, materials, and equipment needed for fabrication.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
• Dip in Mechanical /Fabrication etc
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and fabrication techniques.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• immediate Joiners prefered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
