Supervisor for Joiner Work - (Interior Fit-Out)

We are a leading Interior Fit-Out company delivering high-quality projects with precision and creativity.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor – Joinery Works with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience to oversee joinery activities and ensure smooth site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate joinery works at site.
• Ensure timely completion of joinery and carpentry tasks as per project specifications.
• Monitor workmanship and finishing quality to meet high standards.
• Plan, allocate, and manage manpower, tools, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless workflow.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Joinery Supervisor in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery and carpentry techniques, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
