Supervisor – Grocery & Health (KSA)

Position: Supervisor
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Department: Grocery & Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily operations of Grocery & Health categories across assigned outlets.
• Ensure proper stock availability, replenishment, and FIFO implementation.
• Monitor merchandising standards, planogram compliance, and product visibility.
• Coordinate with sales team, merchandisers, and store management to achieve sales targets.
• Track sales performance, stock movement, and expiry management.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on performance.
• Ensure team discipline, attendance, and productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Grocery & Health category.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
