Job Purpose:

To oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best HR practices. The role focuses on supporting employee lifecycle processes, resolving workplace issues, and driving a positive and compliant work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate HR operations including onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and personnel records.
  • Manage employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support HR projects, audits, and policy implementation.
  • Provide guidance to line managers and employees on HR processes and ER matters.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations and employee relations, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
