Supervisor, Leasing Logistics & Retail

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Leasing Logistics Supervisor to support and oversee leasing activities for a portfolio that includes logistics warehouses as well as retail assets (offices and showrooms) . The role will be responsible for identifying potential tenants, supporting lease negotiations, and contributing to the commercialization strategy of the assets while ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage leasing activities for logistics warehouses & Retail spaces, offices, showrooms.

• Identify and approach potential tenants in both retail and logistics sectors.

• Assist in negotiating lease terms, agreements, and commercial conditions.

• Prepare and maintain leasing fact sheets, technical documents, and asset information required for tenant presentations.

• Coordinate with internal teams including development, and project teams to ensure alignment between leasing activities and project timelines.

• Maintain and update leasing pipelines and CRM or leasing management systems.

• Support marketing initiatives and commercialization strategies to attract potential tenants.

• Conduct market research and benchmarking within the retail and logistics real estate markets.

• Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and pipeline tracking for management.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in leasing within the real estate sector.

• Proven experience in leasing logistics warehouses and retail assets (offices, showrooms, or retail spaces).

• Strong understanding of leasing documentation, fact sheets, and technical asset information.

• Experience using leasing systems, CRM platforms, or commercial real estate tools.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple leasing opportunities simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Saudi nationality required.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of the logistics and industrial real estate market in Saudi Arabia.

• Ability to support leasing strategies and tenant mix planning.

• Understanding of commercial analysis and leasing revenue structures.

• Experience dealing with logistics operators, 3PL companies, and retail tenants.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
