Supervisor of Support Services

Zumbro Valley Health Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supervisor of Support Services to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the Support Services department which includes Clinical Records, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality data management, and excellent support for client services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and supervise employees within the Support Services department.
  • Establish and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage across all positions.
  • Oversee quality control systems to ensure accurate data entry for appointments, records, and billing processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain training materials and systems for onboarding new employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing both informal feedback and formal performance reviews. Recognize achievements and address performance concerns proactively.
  • Maintain proficiency in all essential duties within the Support Services department to effectively lead and support the team.
  • Serve as a backup for departmental staff, ensuring continuity of daily operations during absences or leave.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of prior office management
  • Knowledge of office operations, scheduling, electronic health records (EHR), billing processes, and insurance payers required.
  • Supervisor experience preferred.

In order to provide an integrative approach, we offer a wide variety of services including Outpatient Psychotherapy and Substance Use, Inpatient Residential Treatment, Withdrawal Management and Detoxification, Housing, Skills – Based Training and Targeted Case Management for adults and children, and more.
Pay: $58,572.80 - $71,744.86 per year. Compensation is based on years of experience.
