Job Scope:

Manage warehouse operations and deliver high service levels to ensure that the team meets results in line with customer-agreed SLAs, following network procedures and defined standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Organize appropriate shifts and staffing levels to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the efficient recovery, picking, packing, consolidation, inspection, and dispatch of outbound shipments.
  • Manage the dispatch of outbound shipments to ensure timely departures.
  • Monitor the performance of ground handlers and warehouse providers, completing necessary reports.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance practices.
  • Develop a high-performance service culture and manage team performance.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a cross-functional/matrix organization.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree level.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (English/Local Language), both spoken and written.
  • Good documentation skills (screening, archiving, retrieval).
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Customer orientation and understanding of customer needs.
  • Planning and organizing with clear goals and structured methods.
  • Decision-making skills, using sound judgment and risk management.
  • Developing people through coaching and mentoring.
  • Influencing skills to gain commitment and support.
