Supervisor – Pest Control Operations

Job Purpose:

The Supervisor manages pest control teams to ensure effective implementation of service plans, schedules, and contract requirements, while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

The Supervisor oversees and monitors pest control teams, ensuring they follow job responsibilities, schedules, and appearance standards. They review and implement work plans and survey schedules, conduct daily site visits, and supervise field applications to ensure quality and compliance.

They prepare reports on daily activities, maintain records of inspections, treatments, and materials, and submit samples to the laboratory. The Supervisor recommends preventive measures, orders supplies, and ensures safe operation of equipment.

They provide training to the team, ensure understanding of operational standards, and promote compliance with Abu Dhabi Technical Guidelines. The Supervisor also educates clients and the public on pest control treatments and safety and supports the Contract Manager and Operations Manager as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in pest control operations, preferably in a supervisory role, with knowledge of pest control methods, safety standards, and regulations. Strong team management, communication, and reporting skills are required. Competency in operational planning and record-keeping is essential.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role requiring regular site visits and strict adherence to safety procedures during chemical applications.
