Supervisor Technician – Machine Fabrication, Electrical & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians for machine fabrication, assembly, and electrical maintenance.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor daily tasks related to fabrication, installation, and servicing.
• Perform and oversee mechanical fabrication works (welding, fitting, cutting, grinding, etc.).
• Handle electrical works including wiring, motors, panels, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Ensure proper execution of preventive & corrective maintenance activities.
• Support and guide the team in machine erection, commissioning, and servicing at customer sites.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients for smooth project completion.
• Maintain reports of fabrication, maintenance, and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality parameters.
• Travel to customer/vendor/project sites as & when required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of machine fabrication, fitting, and welding techniques.
• Practical understanding of industrial electrical systems (motors, wiring, panels, sensors, PLC basics preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & electrical diagrams.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of technicians.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical domains.
• Good communication, documentation, and client-handling ability.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site/project work.
• Safety-first mindset with a focus on timely and quality execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
