What You ll Do

* Ensure operational excellence and customer experience KPIs are achieved for assigned vendors
* Track vendor performance closely and drive improvements with account managers and chains
* Automate reporting, dashboards, and inventory processes using Looker, Tableau, and APIs
* Manage inventory integration (SFTP, assortment APIs) between vendors and Talabat technical teams
* Create vendor-specific SOPs to improve inventory accuracy and reduce out-of-stock issues
* Plan and optimize picker headcount for daily operations and seasonal events
* Lead, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of vendor coordinators to achieve performance goals
* Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors, set improvement targets, and ensure follow-through

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in a related field
* 2 5 years of experience in a team leadership role
* Strong data analytics and automation skills with experience in reporting tools
* Skilled in problem solving, performance management, and people leadership
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
