Location: Nationwide -Onsite at government facilities

Security Clearance: High Risk Background Investigation

Schedule: Due to the nature of law enforcement work and operation, position may require occasional support outside of core working hours, as well as intermittent weekend support, mission dependent.

Salary: $95,000-125,000/Annual

Job Summary:

The Supervisory Records Examiner / Analyst oversees and performs advanced records review, document control, and case documentation support for complex legal and investigative matters. This role supervises records personnel, ensures accuracy and compliance across document-handling workflows, and supports attorneys and federal stakeholders by validating evidentiary records and maintaining secure documentation standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Supervise Records Examiner/Analyst including workload assignment, performance evaluation, and quality reviews
• Evaluate large and complex record sets to identify key facts, discrepancies, and evidentiary linkages
• Prepare document summaries, indexes, timelines, and evidence reference materials for litigation and investigative use
• Oversee document-production activities, chain-of-custody handling, and secure storage for physical and electronic evidence
• Ensure compliance with federal documentation standards, privacy rules, and procedural requirements
• Coordinate with attorneys, investigators, and government personnel to obtain missing or supplementary documentation
• Participate in workflow planning, performance reporting, and process-improvement initiatives
• Train and mentor junior records personnel and support knowledge transfer across the team.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Three years of experience related to the services being performed including one year of experience in asset forfeiture.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to lead personnel and manage workloads
• Applied knowledge of the legal system, legal research procedures, and relevant sources of information
• Expert knowledge of document control, case-record requirements, and evidentiary standards
• Strong analytical and summarization skills with the ability to evaluate large datasets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic document-management systems
• Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, peers, supervisors, and customers
• Thorough knowledge of automated legal and research tools
• Ability to consistently deliver the highest quality work under extreme pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform quality-control spot checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ability to perform complex technical and factual research to support case-related activities
• Ability to establish clear goals and objectives, manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and ensure both work quality and quantity
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with ACOR, QAE, attorneys, special agents, and other Government staff.

Clearance:

Applicants selected may be subject to a government background investigation and may be required to meet the following conditions of employment.

Security Requirements/Background Investigation Requirements:

• Must be a U.S Citizen.
• Favorable credit check for all cleared positions.
• Successfully passing a background investigation including drug screening.
• Residency requirement - 3 consecutive years in the last 5 years

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions :

• Ability to alternate between sitting and standing as needed.
• Ability to walk and move about to attend meetings and access file storage areas.
• Climbing/stooping/kneeling up to 10% of the time.
• Lifting/pulling/pushing up to 10% of the time; occasional lifting of boxes/files up to 25 lbs.
• Prolonged periods of computer and document review.
