Position Summary
The Project Manager/ Sr Associate, Supplier Performance Analytics & Digital Enablement plays a critical role in advancing R&D Supplier Management and Performance Analytics (SMPA). This role focuses on leveraging data, automation, and process innovation to optimize supplier management, enhance operational workflows, and support informed decision-making. Working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, this manager will develop digital tools, track supplier performance metrics, and drive efficiency through AI and automation initiatives.
This is a hands-on manager role: part technical innovator, part process optimizer, and part project coordinator — with a clear mandate to deliver measurable improvements in supplier oversight and business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in data management, visualization, and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to deliver automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with process optimization methodologies.
Proficiency with visualization and collaboration tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, Teams).
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of supplier management practices in R&D, pharma, or biotech.
Experience with supplier performance tracking and compliance metrics.
Background in process transformation or digital enablement initiatives.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $63.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
