Heavy Engineering Product exposure
Exposure to forging, casting, machining, sheet metal fabrication and standard hardware
Good understanding about material standards, AWS welding standards and reading the complex engineering prints.
Good exposure to sheet metal design and manufacturing aspects, GDT, design for manufacturing concepts

PCPA audits
APQP Implementation
Risk assessment and mitigation plan signoff
Design review
Tool Kick off
Tool Development Tracking
Fixtures / gauges / Tools readiness review / execution
Tool Trails, As T0, T1, T2 and T3
Parts Fitments Report & Corrective Actions
Approval For Fit & Functions
ECN /FETE implementations
Testing & Validations
Safe Launch
PSW Sign-off
Smooth SOP + Ramp up
Final Development Handover
Supplier Performance Enhancement Excellence in Delivery
Around 30 to 40% travel to various suppliers location

Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to gather all the functional requirements, design & material requirements, and ensure the quality of the deliveries from the suppliers.
