Location: Karachi, Pakistan (with nationwide travel)

About Bare Home

Bare Home is a rapidly growing, 100% e-commerce bedding company based in Forest Lake, Minnesota, USA. Recognized as one of Inc. 5000's top-ten fastest-growing Minnesota businesses for four consecutive years, we've built our success on delivering exceptional quality bed sheets and blankets to customers across the United States. As we continue scaling our global supply chain, we're seeking a highly experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to serve as our quality champion in Pakistan and bridge the gap between our US standards and local manufacturing capabilities.

The Role

This is a critical, high-impact position reporting directly to our USA-based Quality Control Director. You will be the boots-on-the-ground quality authority responsible for ensuring our Pakistan-based suppliers and factories meet our rigorous quality standards—standards that protect our brand reputation, reduce costly defects, and drive customer satisfaction in the competitive US e-commerce market.

You will work independently with full authority to make quality decisions, conduct surprise inspections, hold vendors accountable, and implement immediate corrective actions. This role requires someone who can navigate cultural differences between US business practices and Pakistan manufacturing environments while maintaining unwavering commitment to quality excellence.

This is not a desk job. You'll spend 40-60% of your time traveling throughout Pakistan, visiting textile mills, dyeing facilities, and manufacturing plants to ensure production capabilities align with our specifications before, during, and after production runs.
