Quality Assurance Executive/Officer (QA)

QA Officer / QA Executive (B2B Platform)

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Officer / QA Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is suitable for a fresh graduate or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who want to grow in a B2B digital platform environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality checks and basic audits on platform processes and customer interactions.

Monitor service quality and report gaps or inconsistencies to the Quality Manager.

Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Support, Product) for task completion.

Review client feedback and support continuous process improvements.

Assist in maintaining QA documentation and participating in training sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of QA/Operations/Support experience.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Basic Knowledge in MS Office (specifically in Excel)
