The Role
This role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring suppliers are properly qualified, compliant, and aligned with company standards before engagement in projects. The SRM Specialist will also develop and maintain supplier performance metrics, dashboards, and reports, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement across all vendor relationships. This position is key to building a strong, reliable, and compliant supplier base that supports safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Expected:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain governance.
- Proven experience managing supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance tracking processes.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, commercial terms, and vendor evaluation methodologies.
- Experience using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) and data analytics/reporting tools (Power BI, Excel).
- Knowledge of supplier audit processes, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
- Experience in developing or managing supply chain KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Familiarity with EPC, energy, or industrial project environments preferred.

Typical responsibilities
- Own and manage the supplier onboarding and qualification process, ensuring all new vendors meet quality, safety, commercial, and compliance standards prior to approval.
- Develop and maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL), ensuring it is continuously updated and accessible across the organization.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Procurement, QA/QC, HSSE, Finance, and Legal during the supplier qualification and due diligence process.
- Establish and manage supplier performance monitoring tools and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
- Prepare and present supplier performance reports and dashboards to Supply Chain and project leadership.
- Support implementation of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) processes, including performance reviews, audits, and feedback loops.
- Identify and escalate supplier performance issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct supplier data analysis and benchmarking to support sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Assist in the development and deployment of supply chain governance frameworks and standard operating procedures.
- Promote ethical conduct, compliance with company policies, and alignment with corporate Supply Chain Code of Conduct.
- Support internal audits and external compliance reviews related to supplier qualification and management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supplier engagement, efficiency, and collaboration.
