Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough review of current Coupa processes, focusing on supplier onboarding, RFPs, contract management, and risk modules.

Identify and address inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation.

Design and implement optimized workflows to enhance usability and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align improvements with business needs.

Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for various user groups.

Track and report on KPIs related to Coupa usage and process improvements.
Essential Skills:

Proven experience with Coupa platforms, especially in supplier onboarding and sourcing.

Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.

Experience in process mapping and change management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Proficiency in JDE is preferred.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related fields.

Minimum of five years of experience in Supply Chain or IT Support roles.

Coupa certifications or formal training.

Familiarity with compliance and risk frameworks in supplier management.
