Swvl is a global technology-driven mobility company transforming transportation through innovative and scalable solutions. We are expanding rapidly across the UAE and looking for a highly driven Supply Acquisition Lead to build and manage the entire supply ecosystem powering our B2B operations.

Role Overview

As the Supply Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing Swvl UAE’s supply backbone by sourcing and onboarding vendors, fleets, leasing partners, and driver suppliers across the UAE. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational scalability, cost efficiency, service quality, and fleet availability across multiple business verticals including corporate shuttles, logistics, warehousing, education, and workforce transportation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Sourcing & Acquisition

• Source and onboard vendors, fleet owners, leasing companies, and driver suppliers across all Emirates.
• Build and maintain a scalable supply pipeline aligned with Swvl’s operational growth.
• Conduct market research on pricing, vehicle availability, and vendor capabilities.
• Negotiate competitive commercial terms while maintaining healthy vendor relationships.

Vendor & Fleet Management

• Manage long-term vendor partnerships and performance tracking.
• Monitor fulfillment, reliability, compliance, driver behavior, and fleet quality.
• Ensure all vendors meet operational and regulatory standards.
• Prepare vendor scorecards and implement improvement plans where required.

SOPs, Systems & Processes

• Develop and optimize supply acquisition SOPs and onboarding processes.
• Oversee driver onboarding, training, compliance checks, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure fleet readiness for all client launches.
• Forecast future supply requirements and manage seasonal demand fluctuations.

Pricing & Cost Optimization

• Support supply-side pricing strategies with Commercial teams.
• Improve margins through cost optimization initiatives and vendor negotiations.
• Drive fleet pooling, loyalty programs, and operational efficiency strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
• Ensure smooth vendor payment cycles, compliance documentation, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in fleet management, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or mobility operations.
• Strong experience in vendor sourcing, negotiations, and fleet operations.
• Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of supplier economics.
• Strong analytical, process-building, and forecasting skills.
• Familiarity with UAE transportation regulations and fleet leasing standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth operational environment.
