CFA Support & Coordination • Assist in training CFAs on company SOPs and operational procedures. • Provide guidance to CFAs and resolve operational queries. • Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners for timely dispatches. • • Operations Monitoring • Track order flow from order receipt to delivery across pan-India locations. • Monitor returns including damaged and expired goods with proper documentation. • Follow up on delayed shipments and ensure corrective action. • Support compliance monitoring for SOP and GDP standards. • • Reporting & Documentation • Generate and maintain operational reports using SAP. • Prepare regular MIS reports for internal review. • Maintain proper documentation as per GDP requirements

Pay: ₹9,753.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
