Supply Chain Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Rochester, New York. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to supply chain operations and drive efficiency within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in logistics, management, and forecasting, ensuring seamless coordination across global supply chains.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage logistics and inventory, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Develop and monitor forecasting models to predict demand and align supply chain activities effectively.
• Coordinate with global partners to streamline operations and maintain consistency across international supply chains.
• Track and report key performance metrics to assess supply chain effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve supply chain issues, minimizing disruptions and maintaining operational flow.
• Support strategic planning initiatives by providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all aspects of supply chain management.
• Manage vendor relationships to optimize procurement and maintain cost-effective partnerships.
• Utilize advanced tools and technologies to enhance data analysis and decision-making processes.
• Proven experience in supply chain logistics and management.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting techniques and demand planning.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with global supply chain operations and international logistics.
• Proficiency in tools and software relevant to supply chain analysis.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
