As Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll drive measurable improvements across Sephora’s supply chain by turning data into insight and insight into action. What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain analyses that improve inventory efficiency, support sales, and strengthen operational performance

• Serve as a subject matter expert in inventory management, reporting, analytics, and supply chain systems

• Partner closely with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements and scalable solutions

• Perform high-impact, ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership, synthesizing complex data into clear insights and recommendations

• Independently manage projects and initiatives in ambiguous or evolving environments, driving work forward with minimal oversight

• Support and advance strategic initiatives related to planning, forecasting, and allocation across the supply chain network

• Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that enable faster, more informed decision-making

• Identify process gaps and opportunities, recommending improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed

• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, or a related field within a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations

• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership from problem identification through execution

• Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience communicating to cross-functional and senior audiences

• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, large data sets, and reporting (macros a plus)

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

What You’ll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $102,000.00 - $114,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
