We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst – New Product Introduction to support new product development as it relates to purchasing activities for systems and parts ranging from supplier selection, cost modeling and project management. Why You’ll Love This Role:

• Work closely with engineering and other key stakeholders to ease the process of acquiring materials and/or services that ensure on time delivery of new product introduction within the company’s budget
• Develop and execute supply chain project plans for assigned new product development projects
• Solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions related to supplier issues and purchased components.
• Work in a cross-functional team environment as a strong team player and demonstrate ability to work with other functional groups to achieve company-wide goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Track and effectively communicate timelines associated with any issues that arise during the new product development process they are managing
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to achieve program milestones and customer requirements.
• Evaluate proposals for price, reliability, quality, technical support and availability of goods and services to ensure lowest total cost of ownership.
• Support issuing RFI, RFP, RFQ, PO placement and other purchasing activities as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or other relevant fields
• Knowledge of procurement strategies and negotiating skills
• One to two (1-2) years of related experience in new product development, purchasing, supply chain, engineering, materials or operations experience
• Bonus points if you come from a rapid growth environment and/or automotive/aerospace
• A true team player with a positive attitude.

The starting salary range for this position is between $69,680-87,100 per year plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
