Job Purpose:
The Supply Chain and Contract Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the end-to-end procurement, supply chain coordination, and contract governance at INDEX Holding LLC. The role ensures efficient sourcing, supplier performance, contract compliance, and seamless supply chain execution across all INDEX entities. Working closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Operations, the position focuses on cost optimization, contract control, risk mitigation, and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities :
Procurement & Supply Chain Execution :
- Manages the end-to-end flow of goods, analyzing market data to forecast demand and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer requirements efficiently
- Oversees the entire lifecycle of supplier agreements, from negotiating terms and drafting documents to ensuring compliance and performance.
- They bridge the gap between purchasing and legal, managing risks and ensuring goods/services are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Ensure timely sourcing and uninterrupted supply of goods and service
- Coordinate with business units on demand planning, specifications, and lead times
- Monitor supply chain risks, delays, and vendor performance
Contract Management & Governance :
- Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts in coordination with Legal
- Ensure contract compliance, commercial terms enforcement, and risk control
- Track contract validity, renewals, SLAs, and obligations
- Maintain centralized contract documentation and audit readiness
Supplier & Vendor Management :
- Conduct supplier sourcing, onboarding, and qualification
- Lead negotiations for pricing, commercial terms, and service levels
- Monitor supplier performance, cost efficiency, and compliance
- Support vendor classification, consolidation, and strategic sourcing
Compliance, Policy, ERP & Reporting :
- Ensure adherence to procurement policy and governance standards
- Maintain audit-ready procurement, contract, and ERP records
- Track spend, supplier concentration, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting discipline, and documentation governance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management within the UAE/GCC
