The role is responsible for managing
end-to-end supply chain, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and customer service operations for multiple business units in India. It involves
order management from global factories (Europe, China, ASEAN, USA) to
delivery and payment collection from Indian customers, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, customers, and third-party logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities:1. Order & Logistics ManagementManage customer forecasts and order placement with overseas factories. Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners for sea/air shipments. Ensure timely shipment tracking, delivery updates, and proactive communication with customers. Handle delays through coordination and issue resolution across functions.
2. Customs & Warehouse OperationsOversee customs clearance, compliance documentation, and payments. Supervise 3PL warehouse operations-stocking, barcoding, inspection, and repackaging. Ensure accurate inventory management, order dispatches, and quarterly stock audits.
3. ERP & Process ManagementWork in MS D365 ERP for product master data, vendor/customer records, sourcing, and planning. Support process optimization and inventory control in coordination with finance for payables.
4. Lead & Customer ManagementCapture and qualify leads through CRM systems, route them to sales, and track conversion. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for smooth lead handling and customer engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:4–6 years//' experience in industrial electro-mechanical or OEM B2B environments. Strong understanding of international supply chain, INCO terms, and import/export documentation. Hands-on experience in logistics coordination, warehouse management, and order fulfillment. Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (MS Dynamics, MS D365 preferred) and MS Office. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Customer-focused, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
