Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Assistant to support our supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
  • Communicate with suppliers, shipping companies, and freight forwarders
  • Track orders, deliveries, and shipment status
  • Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory records
  • Prepare basic reports, documentation, and purchase orders
  • Support the supply chain team in daily operational tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and timelines

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • has experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (UAE experience preferred)
  • Good knowledge of shipping and logistics processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • English required (Arabic is a plus)
