Supply Chain Associate (Bilingual in English & Mandarin Chinese)

Responsibilities

Enhance understanding of the fundamentals of logistics and supply chain management and develop new strategies.
Assist in coordinating the transportation and distribution of products to various locations.
Collaborate with internal teams to balance inventory levels and minimize costs.
Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.
Monitor, optimize and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Assist in managing relationships with suppliers, carriers, and vendors.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Hands-on involvement in creating and training new members on a structured workflow within the warehouse.
Determine warehouse capacity and plan for the most challenging scenarios.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of supply chain management software and tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
