Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between Sales, Operations, and Finance to align material and service requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure quality and timely deliveries.
  • Oversee purchase orders, inventory levels, and logistics movements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for internal and client audits.
  • Track shipments, approvals, and payments to ensure seamless operations.

We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to bridge the gap between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Vendors — ensuring smooth material flow, timely procurement, and on-time project execution. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited for professionals who thrive on coordination, accountability, and vendor management excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain coordination (Oil & Gas or industrial services preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel / Office tools.
  • Excellent coordination ability and cross-functional teamwork.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of incoterms, vendor evaluation, and cost optimization.
  • ERP (SAP/Oracle/Zoho) experience.
  • Strong organizational and documentation accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
