Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage order tracking, fulfillment, and vendor coordination for our Sonrisa K-Beauty products. This role is ideal for someone with basic supply chain knowledge who can ensure seamless servicing of orders from e-commerce platforms, our website, and quick commerce channels. You will play a key role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in our startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track incoming orders from Amazon, our website, and quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto) using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or basic CRM software.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart) to enable timely shipment, fulfillment, and delivery of Sonrisa products.
• Monitor inventory levels, update order status in real-time, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate and efficient servicing.
• Communicate with agencies and suppliers for stock replenishment, quality checks, and returns/exchanges.
• Generate basic reports on order metrics (e.g., fulfillment time, error rates) to support operational improvements.
• Assist in compliance with basic supply chain processes, including packaging standards and delivery timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1–3 years in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations (freshers with relevant internships considered).
• Skills:
• Basic proficiency in tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with e-commerce dashboards a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating with vendors/agencies.
• Attention to detail for accurate order processing and error minimization.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn; comfortable with occasional fieldwork or vendor visits in Mumbai.
