Job Title: Supply Chain Data Analyst (Demand Planning and Forecasting)

Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
Skills:

• Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting methodologies, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (MS Excel, MS Power BI, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD365).
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large datasets and identify patterns.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and market data to generate accurate demand forecasts.
• Support centralized ordering and ensure timely creation of production orders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and production) to align forecasts with business objectives.
• Monitor demand and supply trends, highlight risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Leverage ERP (MSD365), MS Excel, and Power BI to develop reports, dashboards, and forecasting models.
• Track and improve forecast accuracy, identify key variances, and propose process improvements.
• Prepare and present analytical reports on demand patterns, inventory trends, and KPIs for management.
