To support this growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain Director who will play a key role in managing and developing all supply chain functions for our operations.
The position will report directly to the Site Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all logistics, procurement, inventory, and production planning processes, while leading 2 direct reports and managing a broader organization of approximately 75 indirect reports across both sites, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with corporate and regional objectives.
  • Oversee and optimize all supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, material planning, and distribution.
  • Ensure robust supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and contract compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service levels, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate closely with site operations, finance, quality, and regional SCM teams to ensure alignment and performance transparency.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team across both sites, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and international trade regulations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present results to local and regional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an asset.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing multi-site operations.
  • Strong command of SAP and advanced supply chain planning tools.
  • Excellent command of English (C1 level) is required.
  • Preferably certified with APICS (CLTD, CSCP, or CPIM) and/or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing supply chain transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • High level of strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
