Key Responsibilities
- Process, amend or reject POs as needed, ensuring accurate documentation and prompt communication of any quantity or data discrepancies.
- Manage order forms, verify stock, coordinate dispatches, share tax invoices and upload e-way bills to ensure compliance and timely deliveries.
- Confirm deliveries, resolve warehouse-level issues, validate GRNs and manage discrepancy notes with the relevant teams.
- Verify and acknowledge debit notes, flag inconsistencies and support regular reconciliation with internal stakeholders.
- Handle sales reversals and recalls, coordinating with Accounts for documentation and system updates.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in supply chain/line management, preferably within the food, dairy, FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory management and supply chain optimization.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with supply chain management software (ERP systems, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
