Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies: Align supply chain activities with business goals, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and reduce costs.

- Procurement and Vendor Management: Manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and maintain strong relationships with vendors.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment processes, and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand.

- Logistics Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, coordinate with logistics and production teams, and manage warehouse operations.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics, and present findings to stakeholders.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards, and identify potential risks to mitigate them.¹ ² ³

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

- Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

- Certifications: APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or other supply chain certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the solar or renewable energy industry

- Knowledge of project management principles and practices

- Familiarity with sustainability and ethical sourcing practices

- Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
