As part of our continuous growth in the retail segment, we are looking for a passionate Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers and distributors.
• Transporter Follow-up: Regularly coordinate with transporters for dispatch schedules, delivery status, and issue resolutions.
• Monthly Bill Preparation: Collect, verify, and process transporter bills and prepare reports for monthly payment cycles.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the Warehouse, Sales Team, and Distributors to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch operations.
• POD (Proof of Delivery) Reporting: Collect and maintain POD reports for all dispatches; ensure timely submission and documentation.
• PT File / Packing Slip Management: Prepare and share Packing Slips and related documents with distributors for all essential dispatches.
• Documentation: Maintain proper records of dispatches, invoices, and related shipment documents for audit and reference purposes.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP is a must).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and basic logistics processes.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
