Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Executive to oversee procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics for all Hamsun Hospitality branches. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, ethical, and cost-effective supply chain operations while maintaining quality and efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Develop and implement centralized procurement strategies for hotels and the café.
  • Source reliable suppliers for food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and uniforms.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular vendor audits with the Quality Control department.

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor inventory levels and implement par stock systems.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for demand forecasting.
  • Track stock movement using ERP or manual systems to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Lead periodic stock audits and reconcile with branch accounts and storekeepers.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Supervise delivery and distribution to all Hamsun branches and Corti Café.
  • Plan efficient transportation routes to reduce delays and wastage.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between central stores, suppliers, and branches.

Cost & Budget Management

  • Work with the Accounts department to manage purchase budgets.
  • Prepare cost-benefit analyses and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Track purchase orders and report on monthly spending.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all purchases meet hygiene, safety, and company quality standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation of vendor agreements, purchase orders, and GRNs.
  • Support sustainability practices by sourcing eco-friendly materials.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Communicate regularly with branch managers, the café manager, and kitchen teams.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on supplier performance and inventory status.
  • Assist HR with staff training on procurement and inventory handling.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in supply chain or procurement (hospitality or F&B preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
  • ERP or supply chain software knowledge (Oracle, SAP, Zoho, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with budgeting expertise
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
