Job Summary

The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relations. This role ensures materials and products flow efficiently from suppliers to customers while maintaining cost effectiveness, high quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, dispatch, and documentation.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Logistics & Distribution

• Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners to optimize transportation costs.
• Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues.

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Analyze sales trends, production schedules, and market data to forecast demand.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to align supply with business requirements.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, logistics performance, and cost analysis.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
