Supply Chain Executive

Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:- 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or retail planning (preferably in textile/retail industry)

Key Responsibilites:-

• Monitor daily sales and stock data to ensure timely replenishment at store level
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and overstockingIdentify and resolve size imbalance (cut size) issues in Pret category to ensure full size availability
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams for timely dispatch and receiving of stock
• Track stock flow from planning to store receiving and highlight any delays or discrepancies
• Liaise with store teams to understand stock requirements and resolve availability gaps
• Analyze product performance to support effective replenishment and allocation decisions
• Prepare reports related to stock availability, replenishment status, and size ratios
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel for data management and reporting
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational processes
• Support the Team Lead in day-to-day operational and analytical tasks

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
