Supply Chain & Import Logistics Executive (Female)

Position: Supply Chain & Import Logistics Executive

Location: DHA Phase 3 , Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import operations, including documentation and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle LC documentation, HS codes, duties, and customs clearance.
• Maintain inventory records and update ERP/SAP B1.
• Optimize logistics cost while ensuring high service levels.
• Prepare periodic reports on supply chain & import status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (APICS/SCM certifications preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in import logistics/supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of customs, FBR, WEBOC, LC handling, and import documentation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP B1/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
