Supply Chain Intern - Continuous Improvement & Warehouse Focus

Reported to the Material & Logistics Manager, you will contribute to the performance of the TLD Windsor site by leading continuous improvement projects focused on the supply chain, with a particular emphasis on optimising the warehouse, internal flows, stock management and logistics performance.

Your essential duties and responsibilities will be :

• Analyse existing warehouse processes (receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, dispatch).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of working standards and best practices (SOPs).
• Help lead Lean initiatives: 5S, reducing movement, optimising areas, visual management.
• Optimise internal flows and contribute to the redesign of layouts.
• Develop logistics KPIs and management tools (Excel/Power BI).
• Analyse inventory discrepancies and define an action plan.
• Contribute to the deployment or improvement of ERP modules.
• Provide operational support to the warehouse and production teams.

What we're looking for :

From Master’s degree or an Engineering degree, you have strong knowledge of Lean Management tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen).

You are proficient in Excel (knowledge of Power BI would be a plus) and ERP systems.
