Supply Chain Intern - Trainee

Job Purpose:

To support the supply chain team in day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management, and planning while developing professional skills in a structured training environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and updating inventory records.
• Support in coordinating logistics, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Participate in procurement activities and supplier follow-ups.
• Assist in demand planning and forecasting activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, production) to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines in all operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
