We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Procurement Intern
to join our team. This is a hands-on role designed to support the sourcing, purchasing, and administrative activities within the Procurement Department.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day execution of procurement activities across multiple projects and sites.

Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders, requests for quotation (RFQs), and supplier agreements.

Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Assist in tracking order statuses, delivery schedules, and resolving any discrepancies with suppliers.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of materials and services.

Support in organizing supplier meetings, preparing comparative analysis reports, and following up on pending orders or contractual requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail with good organizational and documentation skills.
