Duties And Responsibilities

Strategical & Operational Management:

  • Optimization of existing supply chain model in the market.
  • Maintaining Supply Chain budgetary accountability for the market.

Distribution & Logistics Management

  • Warehousing, Distribution and Transportation Operations management in the market.
  • Inventory Management: optimize stock holding levels for the market and manage stock replenishment process.
  • Manage 3PL through coaching & performance reviews to enhance Service Levels.
  • 3PL capacity planning & monthly Operational reviews through Perfect Order / OTIF@S / OTIF@D / EHS / CAPAs / etc.
  • Manage Value Added Service activities at 3PL.
  • Manage Dash-Board reports.
  • Support Import / Export Operations.

New Products Introduction

  • Manage all new product introductions at 3PL, ensure all Supply Chain related items are in place on time to support a successful launch.

Supply / Demand Forecasting

  • Lead local Sales & Operational planning meetings with Leadership Team, building local Supply and demand plans – optimizing demand volatility along with Sales Leads, discussing future rolling forecasts for the market.

Regulatory Support

  • Support on clarifying standards and requirements, working with 3PL on making sure that compliance to local Regulatory requirements are met.

Quality & EHS Compliance

  • Providing strategic directions for applying Quality Standards; GMP /GSP /GDP as well as EHS standards at 3PL as well as assessment to sites to confirm compliance to standards.

Contracts Governance

  • Maintenance & update of all Supply Chain related contracts (i.e 3PL contract) in coordination with local & regional stakeholders.

Trade And Finance Compliance

  • Maintain SOX compliance SOPs, Supply Chain Working Instructions keeping them updated as per current processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or related departments.
  • 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain; Warehousing, Distributions, Logistics, Inventory Planning and Transportation

Operations.

  • Customer and performance oriented.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and proactively interact with teams to obtain information in a highly

regulated and changing environment.

  • Ability to identify areas that require improvements and suggest plans for remediation.
  • Ability to react quickly and decisively to constantly changing demands.
  • Excellent PC and data bases skills; MS Office Excel proficiency is an advantage.
  • Supply Chain IT Systems Knowledge, such as SAP or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of data analysis.
  • Excellent Team player & good interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Based in Dubai, UAE.
