Why This Role Matters

As a Supply Chain Intern, you'll play a key role in our Supply Chain Team, supporting initiatives that help us deliver excellent service and strengthen customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Gain hands-on exposure to different areas of the Supply Chain organization, including Customer Contact, Customer Care, Key Account Management, and e-Business Solutions

• Work closely with the Customer Service Team Leader to support ongoing Customer Service initiatives and projects

• Assist the team with documentation, coordination, and daily operational activities

• Contribute to team reporting and help maintain organized records and data

• Support data gathering and process analysis to help identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency

• Collaborate with team members across functions to ensure smooth and responsive customer service

What You'll Bring

• 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student or a master’s student in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

• Availability to work at least 3 days per week

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving

• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a supportive team environment

• Good command of written and spoken Turkish and English

• Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with SAP is a plus

• Previous internship experience in Customer Service or related areas is a plus
