JOB PURPOSE:
Supply Chain Finance OPUS Lead role provides specialized expertise in supply chain finance, ensuring full alignment with global design while managing local requirements. It offers the opportunity to collaborate with global and local teams, strengthen SAP and end‑to‑end supply chain finance knowledge, and contribute directly to the deployment success of the sourcing unit. Candidates will gain valuable exposure to transformation processes and complex financial operations.

JOB PURPOSE:
Supply Chain Finance OPUS Lead role provides specialized expertise in supply chain finance, ensuring full alignment with global design while managing local requirements. It offers the opportunity to collaborate with global and local teams, strengthen SAP and end‑to‑end supply chain finance knowledge, and contribute directly to the deployment success of the sourcing unit. Candidates will gain valuable exposure to transformation processes and complex financial operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides expert guidance on supply chain finance processes for the sourcing unit, ensuring alignment to the global template and identifying exceptions or localisations in Local Design workshops.
- Coordinates with local SMEs to gather inputs and validate the Day 2 target state for supply chain finance, including local applications, integrations, and customer/supplier financial practices.
- Consolidates and raises requirements or statutory needs to the Supply Chain & Direct Procurement Lead for potential localization.
- Take full ownership of system integration testing, data migration and UAT for supply chain finance scenarios.
- Manage end to end go-live and Hypercare support and clarifications to ensure smooth operational continuity.

Interfaces directly with the Country and Wave Supply Chain Finance teams.
Skills, Experiences & Qualifications
- Qualified accountant or equivalent experience with strong knowledge of sourcing unit finance processes (e.g., product costing, inventory valuation, supplier settlements) and their integration with supply chain operations.
- Experience in Costing processes, including reviewing and managing BOM, within an FMCG or similar manufacturing environment is required.
- Ability to coordinate local SMEs and bridge global design and market requirements.
- Must have functional understanding of SAP and relevant supply chain finance applications.
- Ability to influence across functions and collaborate with both global and local stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving capability to interpret financial processes within complex supply chain structures.
