Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Sourcing: Manage raw material purchasing (coil, sheet metal) and Buy-Out Parts (BOPs) based on production schedules.
• Vendor Development: Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, including auditing for quality standards (IATF-16949).
• Cost Optimization: Implement Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE), perform Zero-based costing (ZBC), and negotiate contracts for better pricing.
• Inventory & Planning: Maintain inventory levels, manage raw materials, and optimize warehousing/logistics to prevent shortages.
• Technical Compliance: Interpret engineering drawings, technical standards, and manage ECNs at the vendor level.
• Quality & Risk Management: Monitor supplier quality and resolve issues, identifying potential bottlenecks to mitigate risks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
