Supply Chain Management (SCM) Executive

We are currently seeking a motivated SCM Executive for one of our clients in the automotive parts manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day supply chain operations including procurement coordination, inventory monitoring, and supplier communication to ensure smooth production and material availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Support procurement activities including purchase order tracking and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for material planning.
• Maintain supply chain records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in resolving supply or delivery issues with vendors.
• Track incoming materials and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing supply chain processes.

Pay: Rs32,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
