Supply Chain Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in various supply chain management tools and methodologies.

Duties

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Lead demand planning efforts to forecast product needs accurately.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP ERP and Oracle EBS for data analysis and reporting.
• Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain analytics and process improvement.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage procurement activities to ensure quality standards are met.
• Analyze production planning processes to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS) and supply chain analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with MRP concepts and demand planning techniques.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets using SQL or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $55,758.98 - $67,150.61 per year
