We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end operations in a dynamic and evolving manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies
• Collaborate with leadership to provide critical insights for operational improvements
• Oversee sourcing of raw materials, components, and services while fostering strong vendor relationships
• Manage demand planning, forecasting, and master scheduling
• Implement innovative inventory strategies
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics and transportation operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, specifically in a manufacturing setting
• 3+ years of leadership experience in managing teams and supply chain operations
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Certification in APICS, ASCM, ISM, Six Sigma is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
