Position overview:

As the Supply Chain Manager you are a key member of the Customer Fulfilment team, reporting to the Customer Fulfilment Director. You will contribute to the success of Ball by reducing procurement and logistics costs, streamlining supply chain operations for better performance, identifying and managing supply chain risks, including disruptions in supply, delays, and quality issues.

The role is responsible for coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and implementing practices that ensure environmental and social responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of local and import purchasing & material/production planning & logistics and warehouse and customer fulfillment activities to ensure proper function of Supply chain in the company
• Coordinate cost reduction activities in supply chain area
• Define and manage supply chain related Key Performance Indicators (KPI), generate and control company score card
• Manage a team (including contractors) to successfully implement strategies to support the company’s day-to-day operations and growth
• Resposnbility of Customer fulfilment and planning activities
• Warehouse and logistics movement management
• Ability to gather and analize data and to work with figures

What are we looking for?

• 
  University Degree preferably in Engineering MBA is an asset
• Min 10-12 years of experience which 3-4 years of it is experience in Supply Chain Management at a Managerial level preferably at a Manufacturing environment at a Multinational company with a proven track record
• FMCG/Food and Beverage/Metal (Aluminum sector) experience is a big asset
• Strong S&OP knowledge
• Very strong Purchasing, Planning, Logistics and Warehouse Management skills
• Perfect Negotiation and Influencing Skills
• Fluent in English language
