Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary:

The Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for leading U.S. order fulfillment, planning, and logistics operations, ensuring accurate order management and effective oversight of third-party logistics (3PL) partners. This role ensures strong data governance by collaborating with cross-functional teams to align and reconcile supply chain data across internal systems and external 3PL platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Operations & Planning

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for U.S. supply chain inquiries, operational issues, and fulfillment constraints
  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end U.S. supply chain processes, including procurement, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and logistics
  • Ensure continuity of supply while balancing cost, lead time, capacity, and quality considerations
  • Leverage data, reporting, and KPIs to drive operational performance and continuous improvement
  • Identify process gaps and implement controls, standard templates, and data cleanup activities to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) readiness and scalability


Order Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders with 3PL partners and within D365, collaborating with Commercial Operations on customer verification
  • Monitor order status, delivery performance, and service metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction


Quality & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure supply chain operations comply with FDA and other applicable regulatory and quality system requirements
  • Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to support supplier audits, change management activities, and required documentation
  • Support clinical and commercial readiness activities by ensuring supply chain preparedness and execution


Supplier, CMO & Partner Management

  • Collaborate with Supplier Quality to identify, qualify, onboard, and manage suppliers, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), and logistics partners
  • Develop and implement dual-sourcing strategies and risk mitigation plans to support business continuity and supply resilience


3PL Oversight & Logistics Governance

  • Own the operational relationship with HealthLink US and other third-party logistics (3PL) providers, serving as the primary supply chain point of contact
  • Monitor and manage 3PL performance, including order accuracy, on-time shipment, inventory accuracy, and adherence to SOPs
  • Partner with the Quality team to investigate fulfillment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
  • Oversee regular reconciliation of 3PL inventory, order data, and customer master data against internal systems
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, including international shipments when applicable

Required Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, logistics, customer service, or related operational roles
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or people-management role preferred

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems for supply chain and order management (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and third-party logistics (3PL) platforms
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data auditing, and master data management across systems
  • Ability to define, monitor, and report on supply chain KPIs and performance metrics
  • Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, with the ability to influence across functions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to internal teams and external partners
  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering cross-functionally (Commercial Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, IT)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic startup environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
