Manager - Supply Chain : Job Description

Overview:
The Supply Chain Management Manager is responsible for managing procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution. This role ensures efficient supply chain operations, cost-effectiveness, and timely deliveries while maintaining strong supplier relationships and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contracts.
• Oversee inventory to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution with vendors and third-party providers.
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align strategies.
• Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and provide reports.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience of supply chain software (SAP).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Training:
A comprehensive training program in Bangalore will cover supply chain software, vendor management, logistics optimization, and soft skills development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
